Linking doctors to the services they perform

Each service can be linked to the doctors who perform it, from the service or from the doctor's profile. When staff add a booking or accept a booking request, choosing a service lists only its doctors, and choosing a doctor lists only that doctor's services; a mismatch shows a warning without blocking the booking. Online booking and the WhatsApp booking assistant offer only doctors who perform the selected services. Services with no linked doctor remain available to every doctor.
