We collect your name, mobile number, organization name and city. You may add email, organization size, business needs and package interest. Do not include patient details or medical information.
How we use your request
We use these details to contact you, arrange a demonstration and follow up on your organization's needs. Authorized administrators keep the request, its status and follow-up notes in an internal record.
Visit source and form protection
Your request may include campaign labels, the request page path and the referring website's hostname. A technical identifier derived from the connection address helps limit abuse; the raw connection address is not stored in the request record.
Website measurement
When measurement is enabled, events include page visits, package selections and accepted demo requests. These events exclude contact details, organization names and notes. The website remembers your explicit market choice for 180 days.
